OUR STORY
We're Ashlyn and Dawn — the “A” and “D” behind the name. We met doing retail tastings. After years of working in food, beverage, and event staffing, we decided to create the kind of staffing agency we'd want to work for ourselves.
We shared the same work ethic and values, and made the things we cared about central to the operation: clear communication, organization designed to remain in place in flexible situations, showing up prepared, and making sure programs actually ran the way they were supposed to.
Over time, we've built a reputation for professionalism, reliability, and personalized service. We’ve intentionally kept our company small and hands-on so we can remain agile and responsive.

Ashlyn, Events Manager
Ashlyn has worked all facets of the experiential marketing world. She's a skilled people manager, detail oriented and extremely organized. Not only does she have an incredible professional background in promotional events, she's highly capable and one of the hardest workers you'll ever meet. Ashlyn has booked last minute events, massive events and everything in between. She is an advocate for not only our clients, but our talent as well, and has carried an extensive list of talent with her over the years - and from all over the country!
Dawn, Principal
Dawn began her career managing events and market performance for Heineken USA, where she honed her skills in executing sponsored events and building strong client relationships. With over 15 years of experience in the alcohol industry, she has since led thousands of promotional campaigns for major brands like Bud Light, Stella Artois, and Dos XX. As a principal at A & D Promo Bookings, Dawn specializes in talent acquisition, overseeing promotions, and ensuring successful event execution from start to finish. Her leadership and expertise have made her a trusted partner for driving product sales and brand visibility nationwide.
